Admissions
FIRST:
In order to be considered for admission to program you must:
Be alcohol and drug free for 72 hours
Be able to pass a 16 panel drug test
Be willing to sign a commitment to remain alcohol and drug free
Commit to program rules and policies
Accept responsibility for behaviors, be financially responsible for debts, and make active changes that lead to successful recovery from chemical addictions
We accept clients who suffer from a substance abuse disorder. We cannot accept clients with a primary diagnosis of a mental illness or with severe medical conditions that require the immediate presence or constant attention of medical staff.
Applicants are often dually diagnosed and have co-occurring disorders with both an addiction and a treatable mental illness such as depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder. These clients are accepted as long as they are being successfully treated by a mental health professional. Applicants who are dually diagnosed but are actively suicidal, homicidal or psychotic are not suitable for this environment.
Program Fees
In consideration for the services rendered, Life or Death Recovery Services charges the following fees:
Intake Fee: $350
Weekly Program Fee: $200
Our primary mission is to help you recover; if money is an obstacle, we ask you to reach out to inquire what assistance may be available. We are limited by what financial assistance we can provide.
